A message dated June 3, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 125(L&C) am                                                                                          
     "An Act prohibiting a health care insurer from denying coverage                                                            
     for an additional limited quantity of prescription topical eye
